Timothy Viall, LPN
Owner & Lead Clinician
Timothy brings 17 years of military and civilian medical experience, including roles as a Combat Medic/EMT, LPN, NCO, and medical instructor in the U.S. Army Reserve. He has led Forward Surgical Teams, ICU sections, and training divisions preparing Combat Medics for deployment. He deployed to NYC during the first UAMTF COVID-19 response, providing direct care in crisis conditions. His civilian background includes ICU, corrections, community psych, and long-term care. Known for calm under pressure, strong clinical judgment, and adaptability, Timothy delivers hands-on leadership and consistently high standards.
Hannah, RN
Critical Care & Behavioral Health Nurse
Hannah brings 10 years of diverse medical experience, beginning as a surgical technologist before becoming an RN. She has worked in high-intensity environments including trauma-adjacent surgical settings, inpatient psych, and critical care. With five years in critical care and two in psych, she excels in rapid triage, de-escalation, therapeutic communication, and managing complex medical and behavioral cases. She has served as a charge nurse, preceptor, and lead clinician during high-volume shifts. Hannah’s adaptability, strong patient rapport, and consistent professionalism make her a highly reliable presence on any unit.


Edee, RN
Behavioral Health, Corrections & Hospice Nurse
Edee brings 17 years of clinical experience across behavioral health, corrections, long-term care, skilled nursing, and hospice. Starting as a caregiver, she built a strong foundation in patient-centered care before becoming an RN. She is known for her calm presence, emotional intelligence, and exceptional adaptability, delivering excellence in high-acuity psych, correctional settings, and hospice environments. Bilingual and skilled at bridging communication gaps, she helps patients, families, and staff stay aligned. Her ability to make patients feel safe while maintaining confident clinical control makes her a valuable asset to any facility.
Kyle, LPN
Psych, Hospital & Travel Nurse
Kyle has five years of nursing experience in hospitals, inpatient psych units, and multiple travel assignments. He began as a caregiver and advanced quickly through strong work ethic, attention to detail, and natural rapport with patients. Before healthcare, he spent ten years in the oil field, gaining experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments that shaped his adaptability and logistical thinking. Kyle is known for learning new settings quickly, integrating seamlessly with staff, and providing a steady, composed presence during chaotic situations.
